On reconsisideration, we VACATE our order dated Speptember 29, 1997, and, pursuant to MCR 7,..,302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appaeals for reconsideration in the light of this Court's decision in Mason v Royal Dequindre, Inc, 455 Mich 391 (1997).
